The Heart of This Work
Alchemy of the Goddess was born from a deep need to feel, to move through emotion and not just think about it.
This is a space for women who carry trauma in their bodies after surviving abusive relationships, who crave release, and who are ready to reclaim their inner power through embodied expression.
Through the sacred practice of somatic dance, we turn emotion into motion; inviting you to process, express, and awaken parts of yourself that words alone can’t reach.
This is a return. A reclamation. A ritual.
And you are so welcome here.

Hi, I’m Zofia, the founder of Alchemy of the Goddess, a sacred space for women to reclaim their bodies, voices, and power through intuitive, trauma-informed movement, and through deep, one-on-one healing.
Dance has been the thread running through my life. I started at three years old, and by ten, I knew this would be my forever path. My vision evolved over the years from dreaming of a studio, to auditioning for cruise ships, to teaching, until something deeper began to call me after experiencing some harrowing trauma.
After barely surviving a 3 year, extremely abusive, relationship in my late teens and early twenties, the pandemic hit and I was pushed to really look at myself in all that alone time. I was having panic attacks, intense social anxiety, nightmares, relying on vices to cope, and extreme flashbacks. I hit a breaking point and knew I needed help because there was this one underlying thought: “I want to feel better”. So, I began trauma therapy and starting reading all kinds of self-help books I could get my hands on that related to healing trauma, recovering from abuse, learning what narcissistic abuse was, and more. Those helped open the door to a truth I’d never been taught: healing doesn’t just happen through talking, it happens in the body.
With the encouragement of my trauma therapist (shoutout to Ria) I began to dance again; not for anyone else, not to perform, but to feel deeply and express myself. I danced to the saddest songs and let myself dive in. But, just as importantly, I also danced to disco, to r&b, to girly pop, to everything and expressed myself through every avenue. That’s when I truly began to come home to myself.
Dance had always been my refuge from the chaos of life; growing up between divorced parents, constant relocation, and emotional instability. But now I was learning to find safety within. My somatic work began as a personal practice, but it quickly became a calling. I realized I wasn’t alone: so many women were silently carrying trauma, numbing their intuition, and shrinking themselves to survive.
Alchemy of the Goddess isn’t about performance or perfection. It’s not fitness. It’s not about chasing some idea of being “fully healed” or “whole.” It’s about remembering who you are beneath the conditioning, shame, and survival mechanisms. It’s about learning to heal through the body and letting it guide you back to yourself, one step at a time.
This work is rooted in intuitive movement, embodiment, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and goddess archetypes. I guide women through practices that help them reconnect to all the parts of themselves; the wild ones, the sensual ones, the sacred ones, the ones they’ve been told were “too much.” We work symbolically and energetically to awaken the pieces of ourselves we’ve forgotten how to access.
Over the years, my work has evolved into something more than movement alone. I now offer The Reclamation, a deep, immersive mentorship for survivors ready to reclaim their power, body, and heart. This one-on-one container is a place to process trauma, uncover shadows, rebuild trust in yourself, and integrate somatic, relational, and shadow work into your daily life. You are allowed to feel messy, angry, sad, or confused, as my role is to hold space, not fix, and help you reclaim your voice, boundaries, and relational confidence.
I guide from lived experience of trauma, healing, and breaking generational cycles, and I help women to remember:
You are the source of your own healing. You just have to be willing to show up.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to hold space as you remember yourself; fully, fiercely, and without apology.
FAQs
-
Somatics is the study of the body’s internal sensations and experiences. It’s about tuning into your body, nervous system, and stored emotions to release tension, trauma, and patterns that no longer serve you. Somatic work helps you reclaim safety, presence, and power in your body.
-
Embodiment is the practice of being fully present in your body; feeling, sensing, and integrating all your emotions, thoughts, and physical experiences. It’s about coming home to yourself and reconnecting with the parts of you that have been silenced, shut down, or dismissed.
-
I draw from trauma-informed movement, breath work, meditation, EFT, dance, and other body-based techniques. These practices help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and restore a sense of safety and presence in your body.
-
If you’ve survived trauma or abuse, feel stuck in old patterns, or want to reconnect with your body, heart, and intuition, this work can support you. You don’t have to be “ready” or “perfect”, you just need the willingness to show up and explore the depths of yourself.
-
While they aren’t the primary focus of this work, I draw on ancient archetypes as a symbolic and energetic framework to help guide exploration and embodiment for those who resonate with spiritual or witchy practices. The archetypes I work with include: the Maiden, the Mother, the Mystic, the Sage, the Lover, the Queen, and the Huntress.
These archetypes provide a grounding lens for reflection, intuition, and self-discovery, helping you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been silenced, dismissed, or forgotten. In my mentorship, they support your healing, but the core work is somatic, trauma-informed, and relational.

You’ll receive deep intake sessions, guided somatic practices, journaling prompts, and integration check-ins.

Each month includes:
Deep Healing Intake (3–4 hours) — unpack trauma patterns and blocks
Processing Period (2–3 weeks) — journaling, somatic practices, and guided reflection at home
Integration Check-In (1 hour) — witness shifts, deepen insights, and apply awareness
This cycle repeats each month for the duration of your mentorship.

Not exactly. While trauma-informed and somatic practices are used, The Reclamation is experiential and integrative, focused on embodiment, relational healing, and deep personal transformation. I help guide you through an unconventional healing method that many therapists or life coaches do not offer.
-
Increased trust in yourself and your body — you’ll learn to listen to your body’s signals, honor your instincts, and feel safe in your own skin again.
Release of trauma patterns and tension — through somatic practices, reflection, and integration, you’ll untangle old survival habits and reclaim the energy that’s been trapped in your nervous system.
Greater capacity for healthy relational connection — you’ll practice and internalize relational skills that allow you to engage with others safely, navigate conflict, and experience connection without fear.
Expanded knowledge of boundaries, the nervous system, trauma, and neuroscience — you’ll gain a deep understanding of how your nervous system works, why trauma affects your behavior and relationships, and how to apply this knowledge in daily life.
Embodied empowerment, autonomy, and presence — beyond a sense of confidence, you’ll cultivate a real, lived knowing that you have agency, choice, and the ability to show up fully in life. You’ll practice trusting yourself to make decisions, hold space for your needs, and navigate the world with grounded awareness and self-possession.

Trauma lives in the body, and your nervous system can stay stuck in patterns of hypervigilance, shutdown, or dissociation. Nervous system regulation is one piece of the healing puzzle and it works alongside embodiment, somatic practices, relational integration, and shadow work.
Regulation isn’t about “being calm” or suppressing emotions. It’s about learning to process heightened emotions safely, without shaming yourself for reacting with fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. These practices help you return to presence, restore agency, and navigate life from a grounded place. Over time, this builds emotional resilience, self-trust, and the ability to engage in relationships safely.
-
You’ll process and integrate your experiences, but nothing is forced. The mentorship is trauma-informed and paced to your readiness. We create a safe container to explore and release trauma patterns while rebuilding agency, self-trust, and presence. It is up to your discretion and readiness on how deep you wish to go, but I will be there to hold space for you regardless.
-
Feeling triggered is normal when discussing trauma, especially if you’ve never divulged certain details before. You’ll be guided with tools to stay grounded, and we’ll move at a pace that respects your nervous system. Triggers are often where our bodies are pointing us towards where we need the most attention and it takes time to rewire those patterns. But healing your triggers is possible. Remember: discomfort is a sign of transformation, not failure, and you’ll be supported in navigating it.
-
No! While somatic and movement practices are part of the work, it’s accessible to all bodies and experience levels. You can be an experienced dancer like myself or you can have zero experience. There is no requirement to tune into your body and move from the heart. The focus is on embodiment, presence, and reclaiming your body’s safety and wisdom.
-
Your safety and privacy are a top priority. All sessions and communication are confidential, giving you a secure space to express vulnerability, explore your emotions, and reclaim your voice.
If I ever share testimonials or quotes on social media or other platforms, it will only be with your explicit permission, and you can always remain anonymous if you prefer. Your trust and comfort always come first.
