Hi, I’m Zofia — the founder of Alchemy of the Goddess, a sacred space for women to reclaim their bodies, their voices, and their power through intuitive movement and somatic dance.

Dance has been the thread running through my entire life. I started at 3 years old, and by the time I was 10, I knew this would be my forever path. But the vision kept evolving — from dreaming of a studio, to performing on cruise ships, to teaching — and then, something deeper began to call me. After surviving an abusive relationship in my late teens/early 20s, I began therapy and stumbled across The Body Keeps the Score. That book opened the door to a truth I’d never been taught: that healing doesn’t just happen through talking, it happens in the body.

With the support and encouragement of my trauma therapist, I began to move again. Not for anyone else, not to perform, but to feel. I danced to the saddest songs and I let myself go there. And that’s when I came home to myself.

Dance had always been a way I found safety outside the chaos of my home — growing up between divorced parents, constant relocation, and emotional instability — but now, I was learning to find safety within. My somatic work began as a personal practice, but it quickly became a calling. I realized I wasn’t alone and that so many women were silently carrying trauma, numbing their intuition, and shrinking themselves to survive.

Alchemy of the Goddess isn’t about performance or perfection. It’s not fitness. It’s not about pretending to be “healed.”. It’s about remembering who you are underneath the conditioning, shame, and survival mechanisms.

This work is rooted in intuitive movement, nervous system regulation, and goddess archetypes. I guide women through embodiment practices that help them reconnect to all the parts of themselves — the wild ones, the sensual ones, the sacred ones, the ones they’ve been told were “too much.” We work with archetypes symbolically and energetically, not to box ourselves in but to awaken the pieces of ourselves we’ve forgotten how to access.

I teach from lived experience of trauma, of healing, of breaking generational cycles, of learning to love myself again, body and soul.
And I believe this with every cell in me: You are the source of your own healing.
You just have to be willing to show up.
