The Heart of This Work

Alchemy of the Goddess was born from a deep need to feel, to move through emotion and not just think about it.

This is a space for women who carry trauma in their bodies after surviving abusive relationships, who crave release, and who are ready to reclaim their inner power through embodied expression.

Through the sacred practice of somatic dance, we turn emotion into motion; inviting you to process, express, and awaken parts of yourself that words alone can’t reach.

This is a return. A reclamation. A ritual.
And you are so welcome here.

Hi, I’m Zofia, the founder of Alchemy of the Goddess, a sacred space for women to reclaim their bodies, voices, and power through intuitive, trauma-informed movement, and through deep, one-on-one healing.

Dance has been the thread running through my life. I started at three years old, and by ten, I knew this would be my forever path. My vision evolved over the years from dreaming of a studio, to auditioning for cruise ships, to teaching, until something deeper began to call me after experiencing some harrowing trauma.

After barely surviving a 3 year, extremely abusive, relationship in my late teens and early twenties, the pandemic hit and I was pushed to really look at myself in all that alone time. I was having panic attacks, intense social anxiety, nightmares, relying on vices to cope, and extreme flashbacks. I hit a breaking point and knew I needed help because there was this one underlying thought: “I want to feel better”. So, I began trauma therapy and starting reading all kinds of self-help books I could get my hands on that related to healing trauma, recovering from abuse, learning what narcissistic abuse was, and more. Those helped open the door to a truth I’d never been taught: healing doesn’t just happen through talking, it happens in the body.

With the encouragement of my trauma therapist (shoutout to Ria) I began to dance again; not for anyone else, not to perform, but to feel deeply and express myself. I danced to the saddest songs and let myself dive in. But, just as importantly, I also danced to disco, to r&b, to girly pop, to everything and expressed myself through every avenue. That’s when I truly began to come home to myself.

Dance had always been my refuge from the chaos of life; growing up between divorced parents, constant relocation, and emotional instability. But now I was learning to find safety within. My somatic work began as a personal practice, but it quickly became a calling. I realized I wasn’t alone: so many women were silently carrying trauma, numbing their intuition, and shrinking themselves to survive.

Alchemy of the Goddess isn’t about performance or perfection. It’s not fitness. It’s not about chasing some idea of being “fully healed” or “whole.” It’s about remembering who you are beneath the conditioning, shame, and survival mechanisms. It’s about learning to heal through the body and letting it guide you back to yourself, one step at a time.

This work is rooted in intuitive movement, embodiment, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and goddess archetypes. I guide women through practices that help them reconnect to all the parts of themselves; the wild ones, the sensual ones, the sacred ones, the ones they’ve been told were “too much.” We work symbolically and energetically to awaken the pieces of ourselves we’ve forgotten how to access.

Over the years, my work has evolved into something more than movement alone. I now offer The Reclamation, a deep, immersive mentorship for survivors ready to reclaim their power, body, and heart. This one-on-one container is a place to process trauma, uncover shadows, rebuild trust in yourself, and integrate somatic, relational, and shadow work into your daily life. You are allowed to feel messy, angry, sad, or confused, as my role is to hold space, not fix, and help you reclaim your voice, boundaries, and relational confidence.

I guide from lived experience of trauma, healing, and breaking generational cycles, and I help women to remember:

You are the source of your own healing. You just have to be willing to show up.

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to hold space as you remember yourself; fully, fiercely, and without apology.
